Will my personalization be spelled exactly as I type it?
Your personalization is reproduced exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling of names, dates and messages before you submit. Add your text in the personalization fields on this page before adding to cart - depending on the piece you can add a name, initials, a meaningful date or a short message, and many items include a customizable message card.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is personalized and made to order in the USA, so it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf jewelry. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-6 business days, and delivery within the USA takes a further 2-6 business days. Canada 4-11, Europe 5-16, Australia and New Zealand 10-16, and the rest of the world 5-21 business days. Holidays and busier seasons may extend these times, so please order as early as you can.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective - this is what lets us craft each one to order for you. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, in their original packaging, with tags intact and proof of purchase. Email support@treasuredtalestore.com first: returns must be authorized before anything is sent back.
What if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us straight away at support@treasuredtalestore.com with your order number and photos of the item. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please do not send anything back before support has authorized the return.
Does it arrive gift-ready?
Yes. Pieces arrive in gift-ready keepsake packaging, and many include a personalized message card, so your gift is ready to give the moment it arrives - no extra wrapping needed. Most pieces include a complimentary soft-touch box, and some can be upgraded to the mahogany-style luxury box with an LED spotlight.
What is it made of, and is it safe for sensitive skin?
Most jewelry is 316L surgical grade stainless steel, which is low reaction and has minimum nickel content. Gold finishes are plated with rhodium (14k) or with real 18K yellow gold, using a high quality electroplating process that does not rub or flake away easily. If you are sensitive to nickel, choose a 14k or 18k gold finish, as these do not react.
