3. Handmade, Personalized & Custom Items
Handmade, custom or personalized items are made to order, created specifically according to the specific inputs you provide.
Because these products are uniquely handcrafted for you:
- Personalized, custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled once production has begun, unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
- Personalization is printed or engraved exactly as entered by the customer.
TreasuredTale is not responsible for misspellings, incorrect names, dates, messages, or any other inaccuracies submitted during the order process. - Natural production variations are normal and not considered defects.
Slight differences in print, engraving depth, alignment, color tone, material texture, or finishing may occur due to the handmade or custom-manufacturing process. - These items remain non-returnable except where required by mandatory consumer laws (e.g., defective goods under EU/EEA statutory rights).
We carefully review all return and refund requests. For items that are handmade, custom, or personalized, each piece is created specifically for your order and quality-checked before shipping. Because of the made-to-order nature of these products, quality issues are rare but may occasionally occur.
If a handmade, custom, or personalized item arrives with a manufacturing imperfection, we will assess the situation and provide the appropriate resolution. While refunds are not available for these made-to-order items, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a complimentary remake or replacement when the issue qualifies as a verified product defect.
This policy applies specifically to handmade, custom, and personalized items and does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
