✅ 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Personalized Items)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for non-personalized products. To qualify, items must be: 
• Unworn and unused,
• In their original packaging,
• With all tags intact,

Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must first be authorized — items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:
 Personalized/engraved jewelry or custom designs (final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
• Gift cards. 
• Sale/clearance items.

🛡 Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@treasuredtalestore.com with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to:
1. Request a return for the original item. 
2. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, by email at support@treasuredtalestore.com when requesting your return.

🚚 Return Shipping & Fees

1. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect): we cover all return shipping costs.
2. If the return is due to change of mind, size preference, or non-defective reason:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• For transparency, we’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the cost may be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation).
3. We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Before sending any items back, please contact us first at support@treasuredtalestore.com to receive return instructions and authorization. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process.
• If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@treasuredtalestore.com.
