Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
(a) Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
(b) Reside in a country or state where this sweepstakes is legal.
(c) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsoring brand, TreasuredTale, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry Period

The sweepstakes will run from March 15th to April 15th 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

 

3. Entry Method

To enter, participants must either:
(a) Make a purchase of at least $1 from the sponsoring company. Each $1 spent will earn the participant one entry into the sweepstakes.
(b) Enter without making a purchase by mailing a 3x5 card with their full name, phone number, email address, and the specific item they are entering for to the designated address: Hely at 1782 O'Rourke, Gaylord, MI 49735. Each mail-in entry will receive 30 entries.

 

4. Maximum Entries

Participants are limited to a maximum of 1,000 entries, regardless of the entry method used.

 

5. Prizes

Three $40 gift cards will be awarded. 

 

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within one week after the sweepstakes closing date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

7. Notification and Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified by email within three days of the drawing. To claim the prize, winners must respond within seven days of the notification and provide any additional information or documentation required for prize fulfillment. If a winner fails to respond or provide the necessary information within the specified time-frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

8. Taxes and Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners.

 

9. Publicity

By participating in the sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release the sponsoring brand, TreasuredTale, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes or the use of the prize.

 

11. General Conditions

The sponsoring company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part without notice in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.

 

12. Governing Law

The sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sponsoring company is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
