You can cancel your order within one hour of purchasing it. After that, the order is final and non-refundable.

 

2. PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

• TEXT: We will reproduce your text exactly as you type it, so please review it before submitting.

• PHOTO/S: For the best results, please upload photos that are 1000 x 1000 pixels. Make sure the photo is clear and high quality.
Please note: If the photo isn’t of the best quality, the final product may not look as great as you’d like. Unfortunately, we can't improve low-quality photos to make them look awesome on the product. Thanks for understanding.

 

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Ensure to provide your complete and accurate address (name, surname, street, postal/ZIP code, city, state, country). Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for custom-made products if the address provided is invalid.

 

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL - ETA) 

• Please note that holidays and busier seasons may extend production and shipping time frames.

• To ensure you receive your items on time, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. 

• We're committed to producing and preparing your ordered item for shipping as quickly as possible. However, the delivery date is beyond our control, and we cnnot guarantee it. TreasuredTale is not responsible for delays due to courier availability/handling or other unforeseen on their side.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TreasuredTale is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

5. AFTER YOU ORDER

Please check your emails regulary after placing your order. In the event of customization queries or any issues with your order, we will reach out to you promptly. This ensures that we can collaboratively address any concerns, facilitating a swift production process and timely delivery of your product to you.

 

6. COLOR/IMAGE/DIMENSIONS/DESIGN DISCLAIMER

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors, images, dimensions, and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.

We don't accommodate requests for prices or discounts after they've expired. We strongly suggest signing up for our newsletters where we inform you about all discounts, affordable offers, and other promotions, , so you don't miss out on any savings.

 

8. DEFINITION OF HANDMADE ITEMS

The definition of "handmade" includes items that are either made or designed by the seller.

 

9. DEFINITION OF SHIPPING DATES

Please note that the "ship by date" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery date".
